Parliament's Joint committee on Ethics and Members' Interests has found Police Minister, Bheki Cele, breached the ethical code of conduct for yelling at Action Society's Ian Cameron. A third suspects has been arrested in connection with the recent drugging of 90 learners in Soshanguve, north of Pretoria.
