DJ Tira, born Mthokozisi Khathi, has slapped aspiring singer, Luke Ntombela, with a cease-and-desist letter.
Ntombela has previously hinted that she could have been drugged and possibly raped by the DJ.
This led to diverse views on the matter with some social media users accusing Ntombela of trying to destroy DJ Tira’s career, while others claim the DJ has been using young women for years now.
Tira has now hit back – sending a lawyer’s letter to the singer.
In it, the DJ’s lawyers are asking Ntombela to retract her accusations and stop peddling malicious and unfounded allegations against their client.
DJ Tira also wants the singer to issue a public apology through uKhozi FM where she conducted an interview on the claims, which the DJ says are devoid of substance and logic.
Ntombela has been given seven working days to do this or face legal action.
She has also posted the statement on her socials without commenting on it.
YNews has also reached out to her, but she is yet to respond to our requests.

Laughter among some and different views on the controversy are meanwhile the order of the day on X, formerly called Twitter.
