“Space cookie” doping scandal accused charged with 9 counts of attempted murder

The two men accused of selling drugged muffins to Soshanguve school pupils have been charged with nine counts of attempted murder as investigations into the case continue. Earlier this week, 90 pupils ranging from grade R to grade 7 were hospitalised after consuming the muffins sold to them by the street vendors. They have all now been discharged from hospital.
