Mbenenge’s tribunal adjourned until October for oral arguments
The Judicial Conduct Tribunal investigating alleged sexual misconduct by Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge has been adjourned and will reconvene on the 21st of October for oral arguments from both parties. The tribunal wrapped up earlier than expected on Thursday after the cross-examination of Mbenenge by evidence leader, advocate Salome Scheepers, concluded.
