Kim Kardashian opens up about her turbulent relationship with Kanye West
Television personality and businesswoman, Kim Kardashian, has offered a rare insight into her relationship with ex-husband, rapper Kanye West, describing it as “toxic at times”.
“…just not feeling safe, not even physically, just like maybe emotionally or even, you know, financially,” said Kardashian
In a recent interview with Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Kardashian also addressed the narrative that she keeps their children away from West, calling it far from the truth.
Kardashian revealed that she has, on several occasions, encouraged and even begged West to spend time with their kids.
The 44-year-old added that their children understand their father lives in different countries, but she has never stopped them from seeing him.

West has repeatedly accused Kardashian on social media of denying him access to their children.
Kardashian revealed it’s been several months since she last heard from West.
The couple shares four children: North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5). They married in 2014, but Kardashian filed for divorce in 2021, ending their eight-year marriage.
She admitted she might have ignored warning signs as their marriage took a difficult turn and reflected on how West’s declining mental health began to affect her as well.
