An angry US President, Donald Trump, has slammed the continued tit-for-tat battle between Israel and Iran, saying they’ve violated a ceasefire agreement.

Trump was seen visibly frustrated by the ongoing conflict between Tehran and Tel Aviv, even dropping the f-bomb on camera during an interview ahead of his departure to the NATO Summit in The Hague, in the Netherlands.

In a rare if not unprecedented public display of frustration, Trump slammed both nations for ‘failing’ to keep to the ceasefire agreement he had announced overnight.

While Iran denies ever agreeing to stop the two-week conflict, Trump insists that such a deal, allegedly brokered by him, existed.

The US leader had announced that the truce would be a phased 24-hour process, with Iran halting all operations first. Israel would have had to follow suit 12 hours later.

Israel has been launching attacks against Iran for almost two weeks now, whilst the United States joined by launching attacks on Iranian nuclear sites as well.

Taking to his Truth Social page, Trump has once again called for the two warring nations to stop fighting.

Political commentator, Goodenough Mashego, says he doesn’t believe that Trump will do anything hastily to respond to the disregard that both nations have shown him.

Speaking to YNews, Mashego said Trump has been stumped by how Iran didn’t shudder under his threats even after the attack on the West Asian country.

Social media has been abuzz after Trump’s meltdown, with many saying it was only a matter of time.
