Police have re-arrested Longwe Twala after his no-show in court last month.
He was out on warning at the time.
The son of music producer, Sello Twala, was nabbed in Diepkloof, Soweto, and is set to appear in court tomorrow.
In September, Longwe was charged with housebreaking after allegedly ransacking his father’s Fourways studio.
His father accused him and his brother, Sello, of stealing studio equipment worth R20 000 from his home in Fourways.
Charges against Sello were later dropped.
The incident allegedly took place while Chicco was away in the US.
Longwe’s father has blamed his son’s drug addiction for the alleged crime.
The musician believes Longwe steals to sustain his habit.
Longwe is no stranger to chaos as he is embroiled in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case.
He was among the people who were in the Khumalo home when the football star was shot and killed in 2014.
The defence has fingered him as the gunman, but his father has rejected the claims.
Chicco says his son is a drug addict and not a killer.
