Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has downplayed the bottles of baby oil seized at the music mogul’s home as ‘bulk buying’.
Police raided Diddy’s homes in March and seized bottles of baby oil, lubricant and firearms, amongst other things.
Rumours have been circulating that at least 1 000 bottles of baby oil were a form of a drug, known as ‘liquid ecstasy’.
It is alleged that the said drug is used for performance-enhancement, which paralyses an individual mentally and physically. The alleged drug is also reported to cause seizures.
The rapper-turned-mogul is currently in custody over sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
His lawyer has insinuated that the large supply of baby oil is because Diddy lives near a wholesaler, where he buys goods in bulk.
“I think Americans buy in bulk as we know, and this is just consensual adults doing what consensual adults do.”
He says sex shouldn’t be viewed as a bad thing because without it there wouldn’t be people.

Meanwhile, famous rapper 50 Cent is set to release a tell-all docuseries on Diddy’s shenanigans.
According to the show’s producer, 50 Cent will give an account of information spanning decades, not just the clips and videos that are only resurfacing online.
The production team says while the allegations levelled against Diddy may be disturbing, they urge the public to remember that the 54-year-old’s story is not the full tale of hip-hop and its culture.

The rapper is accused of having used his resources and workers to run a criminal network, in which he and his associates were involved in the trafficking of people, forced labour, kidnapping, arson, corruption and obstruction of justice.
He has pleaded not guilty, but was denied bail of $50 million, pending his next court appearance.
