Due to the Corona virus pandemic, our entertainment and media industry has seen a number of events that were set to take place during the months of March and April now postponed or canceled.

President, Cyril Ramaphosa’s address currently prohibits gatherings of more than 100 people, but the rapid growth of, and the number of daily infected South African citizens, has made even less than 50 person capacity events postpone.

Amongst others, here is a list of events that have been postponed until further notice:

      • YFM LivenReYired
      • TshwaneFontein
      • Musiq Soulchild
      • Da Kruk Live at the Hive
      • The Sit Down With Olwe2
      • Polo Vivo Nation
      • Scorpion Kings
      • Women In Bloom: AFROPUNK x Always
      • Night of the Villain
      • Cape Town Jazz Festival

      • Fashion Week
      • AFI Fashion Week

While everyone needs to self-isolate as much as possible, let’s all be safe and extra cautious wherever we go and whatever we do. Groove will be back soon, le ska wara!
