Chesney Keppler’s alleged killer to reapply for bail, trial postponed to next year

Former police officer Mandla Buthelezi, accused of murdering Gauteng Traffic Warden Chesney Keppler, has told the Johannesburg High Court that he intends to apply for bail next month.
