Businesswoman, Nombasa Ntsondwa-Ndhlovu, has told the Pretoria High Court that former National Assembly Speaker and Defense Minister, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, used coded language rooted in traditional practice when allegedly requesting money from her.
