Fate of possible “Cat” Matlala plea deal rests with magistrate: NPA
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) says the magistrate presiding over the case involving alleged underworld kingpin, Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala, has yet to consider a proposed plea agreement.
