The Madlanga Commission on Tuesday turned its focus to WhatsApp messages that allegedly suggest that detained South African Police Service (SAPS), Sergeant Fannie Nkosi and the late taxi boss Jothan "Mswazi" Msibi, were attempting to sell "grabber technology" to eSwatini.
