Madlanga Commission recommends probe into Sibiya, Nkosi, Mogotsi and Witness G

The Madlanga Commission's second interim report has recommended immediate disciplinary action and criminal investigations against senior police officers Shadrack Sibiya and Fannie Nkosi, as well as alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi and Witness G.
