Below are the standard terms and conditions applicable to the TATA on-air and digital promotion in association with YFM.

1. TATA’s competition runs on YFM from 07/09/2026 to 25/09/2026.
2. Promos will flight on air for the duration of the campaign period and will encourage listeners to participate in quick quiz brought to you by Tata.

   1. General knowledge questions as per standard Home Run concept.
   2. 2 Tata related questions.
   3. Contestants will be randomly selected for a chance to compete on-air.
   4. The finalist needs to answer the TATA related questions correctly in order to qualify and win the cash prize.
5. No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM within 60 days of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM.
6. The station’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. No director of Yired (Pty) Ltd, employee at YFM and/or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of TATA enter this competition on YFM.
8. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
9. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
10. Entrants below the age of 18 (eighteen) should obtain their parents’ or guardian’s consent before entering the competition.
11. By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM, where entry is on-line, participants further agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions which are available on the YFM website
12. YFM will ensure that they obtain the winner’s consent in order to give TATA the winner’s personal information.
13. TATA and YFM is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur as a result of entering or participating in the competition.
