Some social media users have accused the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) of targeting black people after the institution revealed that it is investigating controversial media personality and podcaster, Nhlamulo Baloyi, popularly known as Nota.
According to the commission’s Gauteng wing, the Chapter 9 institution has received several complaints about some eyebrow raising comments that Baloyi recently made on The Hustlers Corner podcast with DJ Sbu.
On the podcast, Nota said white people are inferior to black people and have non-human genes. The media personality cites research done by eugenicists like Clive Derby Lewis to defend his opinion.
Black podcasters describe white South Africans as inhuman. Literal dogs. Animals.
“White people are inferior species to us”
“They have Neanderthal blood in them”
“We are dealing with the weakest whites”
“White people are just below human beings”

Some on X have come out in Nota’s defense, lashing out at the SAHRC asking why it has not investigated other people like, Errol Musk who has made ” derogatory” comments about black people.
They Only Target Black People..
Elon Musk Father went on a podcast to claim People with HIV and Aids deserve no support ,labelling the whole country as HIV infested nation of black people..

Others say Nota is ‘speaking the gospel’ while others have accused him of spreading hatred.
Nota spoke no word of a lie, you might be hurt and aggrieved by what he said but it’s FACTS‼️‼️ https://t.co/JMxrmH9X6n pic.twitter.com/kXN1u1CdfX

Your hatred will destroy you long before it will destroy the targets of your hatred. Fight the evil if it is still possible.

Speaking to YNews, Nota defended his remarks – saying there was no hate speech or dehumanisation in what he said.
Nota is no stranger to being hauled to the court or bad publicity.
Earlier this week, actress Itumeleng Bokaba, withdrew rape charges against the podcaster, saying she needs to focus on her career.
He was also recently incarcerated for 60 days for contempt of court.
