Comedian tackles toxic bosses, head-on

American comedian, Calimar White, is trending on social media after a video of him delivering an anonymous message to a boss, accused of being hostile to his employee, went viral.

Earlier this year, White started a website called, Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs (OCDA), where disgruntled employees anonymously file a detailed complaint and what they would say to their boss, if they weren’t afraid of being fired.

While the complaints might be serious, ranging from racism and hostility, he tries to address them with a sense of humour.

The young comedian also uses his Instagram page to not only advertise his business, but update his followers on complains filed anonymously.

In September, he shared during an interview how he was once arrested and charged for impersonating a federal officer following one of his visits to an alleged nasty boss.

In another video, he fights with two team leaders. One of them is a South African white, who is accused of being racist.

Some social media users have reacted positively to his videos, even encouraging him to not just approach bosses but consider targetting events like weddings and funerals. They believe he make a lot of money availing his services to people who want to vent at such events.

Others, however, say that he sometimes comes on too strong, and might one day meet someone who is just as aggressive.

He might actually get into real trouble soon😭
