Below are the standard terms and conditions applicable to the HUAWEI nova 12i on-air and digital promotion in association with YFM.
1. The HUAWEI nova12i competition runs on YFM 04 April until the 20 April
2. On-air promos and station socials will flight for the duration of the campaign period encouraging listeners to download the Y app and listen to the Breakfast and Afternoon drive time shows to hear the HUAWEI nova 12i keyword of the day. Listeners will then be required to send the HUAWEI nova 12i keyword to the station via the YApp to be selected for an on-air opportunity to a HUAWEI nova 12i.

3. Y Digital producers will randomly select a winner from all correct entries received within the show. The listener will be taken to air and awarded the HUAWEI nova 12i
4. All winners will be entered in a random draw which will take place on the last day of the competition (20th April). Station will randomly select a winner from all the winners and award the winner a Boston Media House bursary to the value of R200 000.
5. Boston Media House standard terms and conditions will apply.
6. No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM within 60 days of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM.
7. The station’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No director of Yired (Pty) Ltd, employee at YFM and/or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of HUAWEI Technologies ( PTY) Ltd and Boston Media House may enter this competition on YFM.
9. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
10. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
11. Entrants below the age of 18 (eighteen) should obtain their parents’ or guardian’s consent before entering the competition.
12. By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM, where entry is on-line, participants further agree to be bound by our Internet Terms & Conditions.
13. HUAWEI Technologies (PTY) Ltd and YFM is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur as a result of entering or participating in the competition.
