Below are the standard terms and conditions applicable to the Nik Naks – (Simba (Pty) Ltd)  – (Simba (Pty) Ltd) #OwnYourNak on-air and digital promotion in association with YFM.

1. NikNkas #OwnYourNak competition runs on YFM 23 May – 27 May 2022
2. This competition is only open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa.
3. Promos will flight on air for the duration of the campaign period and will encourage listeners to participate in the Nik Naks – (Simba (Pty) Ltd) #OwnYourNak activation.
4. No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM within 60 days of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM.
5. The station’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. No director of Yired (Pty) Ltd, employee at YFM and/or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of Nik Naks – (Simba (Pty) Ltd) enter this competition on YFM.
7. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
8. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
9. Entrants below the age of 18 (eighteen) should obtain their parents’ or guardian’s consent before entering the competition.
10. By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM, where entry is on-line, participants further agree to be bound by our Internet Terms & Conditions.
11. Prize winner may be requested to participate in publicity connected to this competition. The prize winner grant permission for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this competition.
12. YFM will ensure that they obtain the winner’s consent in order to give any third party the winner’s personal information.
13. NikNaks and YFM is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur as a result of entering or participating in the competition.
