Where you could join us LIVE on air to select 1 of 3 Hollywoodbets Spina Zonke gifts, all of which contain different amounts of cash. There’s more! 1. The competition starts on 16 December 2021.
2. The competition ends on 24 December 2021.
3. This competition runs for 5 days excluding the weekend (18- 19 December 2021).
4. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
5. A person can enter via the YFM App to play the “Hollywoodbets Spina Zonke”  to be a valid entry in the competition.
6. The contestant will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
7. Entries are limited, a random selection will be done to select an entry anything thereafter will be null and void.
8. Contestants stand a chance to double their prize if they have a valid Hollywoodbets account, meaning the contestant must have spent their sign-up bonus and their account is active.
9. The winners will be contacted telephonically to inform them they have been selected to participate.
10. The prizes in the Hollywoodbets Spina Zonke gifts change every day.
11. Hollywoodbets will complete a verification process when the game is over and credit the winner’s Hollywoodbets account with the prize money.
12. Cash prize winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize if the winner doesn’t have an active Hollywoodbets account.
13. Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
14. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
    3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
15. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
16. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
18. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
