Castle Lite has shifted the culture again!

On Wednesday in Johannesburg and in Durban, Castle Lite unlocked the extraordinary by making the impossible possible for their fans. The events unfolded at the brand’s first ever pop-up store. This one-of-a-kind launch event reached a stirring pinnacle when the brand unlocked Post Malone as the headline act who will be leading the pack at the TicketPro Dome on Tuesday 18 June 2019.

Making his way into the music scene in with hit single “congratulations” passing over 1 billion views on YouTube, and knocking himself in to the top spot on the Billboard Chart with his latest single “Wow”, Successful Sound Cloud Rapper and genre bending artist, Post Malone has undoubtedly earned his recognition and respect in the Hip Hop industry. The multi-award winning Malone as he is affectionately referred to by millions of fans across the globe will be brining stage presence, excitement and an exhilarating experience as a whole to the Castle Lite Unlocks stage.

This year Castle Lite will thrill consumers with a novel two-day Hip Hop experience. Over and above the announcement of Malone, a second announcement of an additional day was also unlocked.

Day 1 of the two-day Hip Hop experience, will see consumers step into an immersive sub-zero experience featuring extra cold street culture, masterclasses, unforgettable performances, inspiring Cold Table Convos, street fashion and so much more.

Hip Hop devotees now have a platform where they can all assemble and share their love for the culture and it’s heritage. This compelling experience will take place on the 17th of June 2019 and will be laced with artists from across the globe, lead by the Iconic Hip Hop guru, vanguard radio personality and founder of the Sway Cyphers and the spearhead of “Sway in the Morning”, Sway Calloway will be an integral part of the day one Castle Lite Unlocks experience as he hosts the first ever Sway Cyphers in South Africa.

The Castle Lite Brand Director, Silke Bucker also spoke on collaborations other than music, but also fashion: “Our collaborations within the Hip Hop industry have expanded beyond music and our partnership with designer GalxBoy on fashion, sneaker curator DM Customs on our limited edition sneakers and Sway Calloway on our day 1 additions to the Castle Lite Unlocks experience that showcase how much we have evolved. We are anticipating a ground-breaking experience this year and are looking forward to unlocking another first for Africa and the brand.”

Tickets for the Castle Lite Unlocks two-day experience will be available on WebTickets from Thursday 4 April 2019. Ticket prices for day one are R250 and day two concert ticket prices start at R790.
