Terms & Conditions:

Below are the standard terms and conditions applicable to the Edward Snell & Company Pty Ltd Russian Beat “Kinf of Kicks” on-air and digital promotion in association with YFM.

1. The Russian “King of Kicks” competition runs on YFM from the 8^th of July until the 14th of October 2026.
2. Promos will flight on air for the duration of the campaign period and will encourage listeners to enter the Russian Bear “King of Kicks” competition, with details below:

• Twelve weeks of competition, for twelve exclusive pairs. Head to Y’s socials, drop your favourite classic sneaker in the comments section of Y’s social media competition post.
• Contestants are taken contestants on air and will be asked sneaker-related competition questions. We will award the weekly contestant with the most correct answers with a R1 500 voucher.
• At the end of the 12 weeks, all 12 weekly winners will go into a draw where we will select 2 finalists to join us for the finale. Grand finale contestants will compete for a chance to win a vault of sneakers to the value of R200 000! Grand finale date subject to change.

3. No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM within 90 days of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM.
4. The station’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. No director of Yired (Pty) Ltd, employee at YFM and/or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of Edward Snell enter this competition on YFM.
6. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
7. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
8. Entrants below the age of 18 (eighteen) should obtain their parents’ or guardian’s consent before entering the competition.
9. By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM, where entry is on-line, participants further agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions which are available on the YFM website
10. YFM will ensure that they obtain the winner’s consent in order to give Russian Bear the winner’s personal information.
11. Russian Bear and YFM is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur as a result of entering or participating in the competition.
