Brand experts have urged Yires to allow others to rebrand themselves and not shame them when they improve their lives.
This as social media users have expressed mixed reactions to American reality TV star and businesswoman, Kim Kardashian’s graduation from law school.
Kardashian completed her studies after six years and three attempts at California’s First-Year Law Student’s exam.
In 2018 she enrolled in California’s Law Office Study Program, which lets candidates apprentice under practicing attorneys.
The 44-year-old followed her father’s footsteps, Robert Kardashian, who was an attorney best known for representing O.J. Simpson in his murder trial in 1995.

During a private backyard ceremony surrounded by family, friends and mentors yesterday, the socialite was hailed for achieving her goal despite having a busy lifestyle.
@dashvirall She’s a lawyer now, yesss!!!🥳#kimkardashian #foryou ♬ son original – IM A FAN PAGE🎀
The news of the mother of four’s education milestone comes a week after she testified in a Paris court about the night in 2016 when she was held at gunpoint and had her jewelry worth millions of dollars stolen during the French capital’s fashion week.
While some have congratulated her, other’s have questioned the crediability of her qualifcation, suggesting she paid for it.
This hoe is faking a graduation like she’s becoming a lawyer when she couldn’t even get a bachelors degree from a CSU( I’m pretty sure you can get into CSU’s with a 2.something straight out of high school) 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Kim kardashian is an Armenian scammer to her core

Brand expert at Reputation 1st Group, Tshepo Matseba, says while people might have damaged their reputations in the past, with hard work and dedication one can rebrand themselves.
“The recent example of Kim Kardashian is worth reflecting on. Despite facing years of intense public scrutiny, she has shown remarkable resilience. Her completion of a legal qualification is not just a personal achievement, it reflects long-term commitment and the ability to stay the course under pressure.”
Reflecting on how South Africans and the justice system emphasize rehabilitation and reintegration, Matseba says, people must never limit others from recreating their identities.
“We must learn to recognise when a brand or a person is making a genuine effort to grow. Reinvention, when authentic, strengthens our society. It promotes innovation, rebuilds trust, and reminds us all that transformation is not only possible it is powerful.”
Brand Expert, Thebe Ikalafeng has also weighed in on the matter.
Ikalafeng says Kardashian must be congratulated, as she is a testament that anyone can re-imagine themselves.
” Everyone has a past – not always proud, and let the first one without sin throw the first stone.
My view in these matters is probably best articulated by Naomi Campbel who was being chastised for how she was known, her response is a masterclass: I will not be held hostage to my past.
Or as Bonang puts it, ‘They talk about you because when they talk about themselves, no one listens.’ Upwards and onwards for Kim. She’s earned it.”
