Some South Africans have accused local entertainment channel, Moja Love, of taking a superior stance against controversial Podcast and Chill, host Macgyver ‘MacG’ Mukwevho.
This after the channel issued a scathing statement slamming MacG for his recent comments about media personality, Minenhle ‘Minnie’ Dlamini.
In a recent episode where he discussed Dlamini’s separation from popular plastic surgeon Dr Brian Monaisa, the former radio broadcaster said: “There’s got to be something wrong with her; maybe her coochie smells or something. You know this happens, man, it happens, especially with the hot girls.”
The 36-year-old’s comments have sparked outrage among some South Africans, including Dlamini’s ex, Dr Monaisa.

Moja Love joined in, slamming MacG.
“MacG’s persistent use of derogatory language towards women, reducing them to vulgar slurs and objectifying their bodies, is not only offensive, it is a damaging reinforcement of gender-based disrespect. Such behavior has no place in society and media specifically, where voices should uplift, not degrade.”
The channel’s statement, however, seems to have missed the mark, with some South Africans reminding Moja Love of how it failed to act when many slammed reality show, Isencane Lengane, for misogyny and abuse.
Dlamini has snubbed the chaos in a post on X by celebrating her recent cover of True Love magazine.
My ‘anti-bride’ era… 🖤
“My career has never been, and will never be, defined by my relationship status. I was Minnie before marriage, and I will be Minnie long after my divorce.” 💎 @TrueLoveMag
