Below are the standard terms and conditions applicable to the 1Life Funeral Cover on-air and digital promotion in association with YFM.
1. The 1Life competition runs on YFM 19 Feb up until the 01st March 2024
2. Promos will flight on air for the duration of the campaign period and will encourage listeners to go to the YFM website, enter their details and opt in for an obligation free quote
3. YFM Digital producers will randomly select a finalist per day from the pool of entries received, who will then be taken to air during The Way Up (06:00-09:00) to play the 1Life Funeral competition
4. The listener will be asked to pick one of the 5 boxes labelled [1] [L] [I] [F] [E] to WIN
5. Each box contains a different cash prize (starting from R2000,one of these 5 boxes has a Grand Prize of R8 000 cash.
6. If the listener has opted in for an obligation free life cover quote from 1life they will recieve a BONUS cash prize of R2 000.
7. The winner then wins what’s behind their chosen box
8. If no one picks the R8 000 box on Monday-Wednesday then 1life insurance will double the Grand Prize to R16 000 on Thursday and Friday (should no one picks this box on Thursday).
THEN (BONUS) each winner will have a chance to win a Bonus cash prize od R2000 if they have received an obligation free 1Life Life Cover quote
9. By entering the 1Life Funeral cover competition, your details will be shared with 1Life for vetting purposes
10. No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM within 60 days of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM.
11. The station’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. No director of Yired (Pty) Ltd, employee at YFM and/or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of 1Life enter this competition on YFM.
13. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
14. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
