Betway Premiership strugglers, Marumo Gallants FC, have parted ways with Head Coach, Dan Malesela, and Technical Director, Molefi Ntseki, following a string of poor results.
The club is currently 14th in the league, having secured only four wins from 17 matches this season. Malesela was placed on special leave in December before returning to the team.
In a statement, the club said it is seeking a fresh approach.
Assistant coaches, Sundra Govender and Duncan Lechesa, will take charge on an interim basis, while the club finalises the appointment of a new head coach.
Discussions are already underway with Moroccan coach, Abdeslam Ouaddou, who has arrived in South Africa to conclude a deal, the club claims.
Gallants have lost their last three matches, with one draw and one win in their previous five games. Their most recent defeat came against league leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns, on Wednesday.
The team will face third-placed Polokwane City at the DR Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein on Sunday.
