Springbok supporters will be pleased to learn that captain, Siya Kolisi, was in training with the squad at the Cape Town Stadium ahead of Saturday’s Rugby Championship Test match against the All Blacks.

Kolisi has been a major doubt for the fixture after leaving the field at Ellis Park this past weekend, having suffered a nasty knock to the face from former New Zealand captain, Sam Cane.

While his face was badly swollen post the match, the swelling had gone down significantly today, and he was on the field with the squad to train, suggesting he is now fit and available to be picked.

Other notable possible returnees to the squad include Steven Kitshoff, Salmaan Moerat and Canan Moodie.

Meanwhile, winger Kurt-Lee Arendse watched the training session from the sidelines as he continues to recover from the head knock that saw him removed from the action in Johannesburg.

The Boks will name their match-day 23 tomorrow morning.
