American singer and rapper, Doja Cat, has once again taken a swipe at her father, legendary South African actor, Dumisani Dlamini.
The ‘SAY SO’ hitmaker recently updated her X bio, taking aim at Dlamini, who starred in the 1992 movie Safarina, which also starred Hollywood legend, Whoopi Goldberg
“My dad’s a deadbeat, but I did well,” the bio read.
It’s not the first time the rapper, whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, has spoken out about her fractured relationship with her dad.
Despite this, however, the 28-year-old has previously expressed the will to one day meet her father.
Her recent post had social media users entertained, with some showing support for her, while others slammed her remarks as disrespectful.
Imagine getting through life for so long without a dad or his ancestors and when she starts reminding him of how useless he is, suddenly ancestors are concerned 💀💀 please man. She shouldn’t acknowledge them or him, she did amazingly without them. 😒

Idk all the details but having a deadbeat father posting you cause you’re doing well for yourself would really upset me too.

Let Doja cat diss her father in peace, at least she knows her father.
Some of you here have never seen your fathers, so chill. pic.twitter.com/Ik7HaEmJoX
