Authentic, original and experimental, Mpho Sebina is quickly becoming an infectious energy in the Pan African music scene. Fusing Hip-Hop, Soul, Jazz, traditional SeTswana and folklore into her sound, Mpho’s music is a joy to the listener’s ear.

Her latest single titled ‘Dumelang’ recently dropped this month, seeing the success release of her debut EP ‘Neo’, which has further added to her growing momentum in Botswana, her country of birth. Currently based in Johannesburg, the beautiful singer-songwriter is building a movement within the rest of the African continent.

With a loyal audience that constantly follows her signature acapella mash-ups of Boom Shaka, Brenda Fassie, The Fugees and Erykah Badu songs, Mpho’s growth is set to be quickly phenomenal. The self-taught musician hosts a monthly live music co-operative named ‘Naked Soul Sessions’, where she curates a performance line-up of undiscovered local music and merchandisers.

Her debut album was released in 2017, she has since released singles between the years 2018 thorough to 2020 and has performed at events such as Basha Uhuru, Bassline Live, Rebirth of Cool and Gaborone International Music & Culture Week.
