AKA singles including Cross My Heart top charts and smash download records

The molti-talented, molti-platinum and diamond-selling artist, AKA, fixed fans up with a triple drop of three new singles, titled, Cross My Heart, Energy and Monuments and each single has swiftly shot to the top of the charts.

AKA sure knows how to keeps South African Hip-Hop on its toes.

According to a press release sent by Vth Season, the Supa Mega becomes the first artist to go number 1, 2 and 3 on 7 charts, all on the same day of release.

Additionally, Cross My Heart is the first South African Hip Hop song to go number 1 across all genres on Apple Music and iTunes’ downloads in the last 12 months. The track has also entered the radio charts top 20.

Now, when the Mega is not busy topping charts, he is probing #BlackLivesMatter activism.

He posted on his Instagram about the #BlackOutTuesday black square, and stated that the black square was drowning out important information regarding the movement.

He captioned his post:
