Nasty C signs to Def Jam Records | There He Goes!

23 year-old award-winning rapper, Nasty C, has made a global footprint and signed with Def Jam Recordings through a joint venture with Universal Music Africa. He made his official U.S. debut with new hit single, “There They Go”.

Nasty C now joins a long list of iconic artists who too are signed with Def Jam records, including Jay Z, Justin Bieber, Frank Ocean, and Big Sean.
Stating to the press announcing the signing, interim Chairman & CEO of Def Jam Recordings, Jeff Harleston said:
“Nasty C is a unique and forward-thinking artist who is at the forefront of a new generation of rappers emerging from Africa. Def Jam is a globally recognized brand synonymous with excellence in hip-hop, and we are excited to welcome Nasty C — an international star with real vision and talent — into the family.”
The “Juice Back” hitmaker shared his gratitude on the socials, thanking God, his team and all those who listen in a series of tweets and ends it off with saying “k’yakhanya”
