Social media users have expressed mixed reactions to the news that multi award winning artist, Chris Brown, was granted\u00a0\u00a35 million (R120 million) bail\u00a0by a London court.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 36-year-old was not present at Southwark Crown Court for his bail hearing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0‘Residuals’ hitmaker was arrested at a Manchester hotel over assault charges. <\/span><\/p>\n

He was initially denied bail last week by the same court. <\/span><\/p>\n

He is accused of assaulting music producer, Abraham Diaw with a tequila bottle at a London nightclub in 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Diaw claims the injuries he sustained following the attack required hospitalization. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Some of\u00a0the R&B star’s bail conditions include surrendering his passport except for when he travels related to his tour.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 36 year old’s bail comes ahead of “Breezy Bowl XX\u201d tour set to kick-off next month\u00a0in the Netherlands.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The two-time Grammy Award winner will return to court on \u00a0 20 June, \u00a0in-between his performances\u00a0at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium and London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While some have celebrated Breezy’s release, others have criticised the court’s decision.<\/span><\/p>\n
