Forensic and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Giada Del Fabbro, says revenge porn is an awful act, as it exposes the other person to reputational damage, physical violation, and humiliation.<\/div>\n

Dr Del Fabbro spoke to YNews reacting to the revenge porn video of influencer, Gcinile Twala, that is circulating on social media.<\/div>\n

The young makeup artist’s ex-fianc\u00e9, forex trader and Instagram influencer, Themba aka Grootman<\/em>\u00a0Selahle, allegedly shared the video of them, which has gone viral, earlier this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The incident, which has been widely criticised, has raised concerns on what potential impact it might have on Twala and others who have had the same experience.<\/div>\n

While the reason behind Selahle sharing the video remains unknown at this stage, Dr De Del Fabbro says there’s a list of reasons why a former partners might do this, some of which include spite and extorsion.<\/div>\n
