Gauteng\u2019s biggest commercial youth radio station, Y, is all set to shake the East Rand on the 26th<\/sup> of November with its LYFE music festival taking place at Carnival City Lawns.<\/p>\n

With a lineup of some of South Africa\u2019s most accomplished artists, the youth brand will celebrate the start to the Summer of Your LYFE<\/strong>. Everyone attending can look forward to a full festival experience, including the LYFE<\/strong> and About to Blow Stages<\/strong> and the Not So Secret Garden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what you can look forward to:<\/p>\n

THE LYFE STAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Globally acclaimed, Grammy Award-winning, superstar Black Coffee returned to South Africa in November following an unparalleled 5-month, European summer tour to take the reins of this highly anticipated summer festival.<\/p>\n

Carnival City Lawns will also witness performances by global Amapiano stars Focalistic, DBN Gogo and Musa Keys. The Super Mega, AKA, will be on the stage too. Hip Hop royalty Nasty C, internationally acclaimed DJ Lag, together with A-Reece, Maglera Doe Boy, Sha Sha and SAMA Winner Nomfundo Moh, Y\u2019s own Venom, Legendary Crisp, Candii and Fif_laaa will be there too.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Set against the backdrop of a carnival carousel, rising stars Money Badoo, Mars Baby, Fihlah lah lah and Holy Alpha will provide the perfect chilled sounds. The East Rand\u2019s own Sia Mzizi and Just Jabba were added to the lineup after being voted into their spots by their fans and listeners of Y.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Full of festival fun, there will be swings and bumper cars for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n

FOOD AND DRINKS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Food trucks and vendors will provide a variety of food options and there will be several fully stocked bars positioned around the venue.<\/p>\n

MORE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Photo booth moments are being set up around the venue as well as a hubbly chill area.<\/p>\n

Gates open at 12 noon
\nTickets will not be sold at the venue
\nNo cooler boxes, umbrellas, blankets, food and drinks will be allowed
\nNo under 18s are allowed<\/p>\n
