Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Below are the standard terms and conditions applicable to The Hook UP with Mancosa, which will be promoted on-air and across the stations digital and social media platforms<\/p>\n

  1. The competition runs on YFM from the 20th January up until the 28th<\/sup> January 2022<\/li>\n
  2. There will be 2 phases to the competition<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Phase one <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Listeners will be encouraged to go to the stations social media\u00a0 and anwer the Mancosa Brain Teaser, to stand in line to win R1000 voucher towards their studies at Mancosa. The competition moments will take place on the 20th<\/sup> and 21st<\/sup>January 2022.<\/p>\n

    YFM digital producers will randomly select a winner per day from all the correct entries received.<\/p>\n

    Phase two<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Promos will flight on air for the duration of the campaign period and will encourage the class of 2021 to go to the YFM website and tell us their plans are for this next phase of their journey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Winners will be randomly selected by YFM digital producers and a winner per day will be announced from the 24th<\/sup>January up until the 28th<\/sup> January during The Hook up with YMornings. Each winner will be awarded a R5000 voucher towards their studies at Mancosa<\/p>\n

      1. No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM within 60 days of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM.<\/li>\n
      2. The station\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/li>\n
      3. No director of Yired (Pty) Ltd, employee at YFM and\/or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of Mancosa may enter this competition on YFM.<\/li>\n
      4. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.<\/li>\n
      5. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.<\/li>\n
      6. Entrants below the age of 18 (eighteen) should obtain their parents\u2019 or guardian\u2019s consent before entering the competition.<\/li>\n
      7. By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by YFM, where entry is on-line, participants further agree to be bound by our Internet Terms & Conditions.<\/li>\n
      8. YFM will ensure that they obtain the winner\u2019s consent in order to give Absa the winner\u2019s personal information.<\/li>\n
      9. Absa and YFM is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur as a result of entering or participating in the competition.<\/li>\n
